Lesson 3

In this lesson our class split into two groups. So some people wanted to research their scrapbooks or do blogger while 6 of us (Rashna, Sara, Jaydeep, Minhazul, Rajan, and Aditi) went into the broadcasting studio to work up a new dance routine which we could add to our previous one.
It took us a lot of time to settle down because we couldn’t get any signal to play the music in the studio so we had to download it onto someone’s phone and play it from there. But we finally got our song (Jai Ho) and started on you tube to work out a new routine.

We kept arguing about what our first dance move should be so when Miss Hainstock came in, she helped us by starting us off with the first move and then we went ahead to work out the rest ourselves. I think it was a lot quicker to get ourselves started because we were all comfortable around each other and not embarrassed.
Initially it was a supposed to be a beat of 8 counts but later when we put it all together including our first dance lesson, it was 24 counts.
At first we were coming up with silly ideas but later we developed the steps into a danceable routine.
Boys and Girls stood in a separated line and during the routine we collided and formed one line. Our dance consisted of 3 different dance moves which we made up in the lesson which we added onto our routine from lesson 1.We were all happy with this position and it was a lot of fun to do, also we were very proud of coming up with this step. At the end of the lesson, we showed it to Miss Hainstock and Miss Eyres.
